Denny Mountz, Daniel Boone, 1968-69
a great forgotten player in PA  Basketball History for one season was  during the 68-69 season.  Mountz's highest game total that year was 44 points, but at 6'2" - he led Berks County in scoring and rebounding,   He completely dominated the Berks County League that year, and even major Divison 1 colleges took notice of that.

Mountz accepted a scholarship from the University of Wyoming and went on to lead the Cowboys in both scoring and rebounding during his junior and senior seasons.  If you go back and look at any photos or film of Mountz, the first thing that jumps out at you was his vertical leap. (he also was a phenominal high-jumper on Boone's track team, always going far in districts and states.
