District 7, the WPIAL came up big Friday night taking home two state championships,  Jack Fullen the PIAA Board of Control Representative from District 7 had the pleasure of presenting the gold medals twice Friday night-here he is handing them out to Lincoln Park (Class A boys) and did the same earlier to Seton LsSalle  (Class AA girls).  Billl Gaffey (pahoops.org) and Fullen were teammates in two sports as they worked their way through Penn State in 1963-64.    Fullen went on to an administrative career at Blackhawk High School, now in his 50th year in education, he is still the Athletic Director.  Gaffey went on to a 39 year career in coaching and teaching.  Pahoops says  "congratulations" to District 7 and Jack Fullen- and congratulations to the Cumberland Valley girls who won (Class 4-A) behind Coach William Wolf, who became only the 7th high school coach in Pennsylvania basketball history to win the state title at two different schools-first CD, now CV- find the other two school winners at  Coaching Records
